Terms of use

The editors of the Don8Play project (the “Editors”) run the information and analysis website don8play.ru, which publishes reviews, ratings and comparisons of gambling brands, analytical articles and guides.

Jurisdiction: these Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes arising from the use of the Site are settled in court at the Editors’ location, unless the mandatory rules of the applicable law provide otherwise.

Access to the Site is permitted only to persons aged 18 and over. Minors are not allowed to use the Site. The Editors are not liable for damage arising because third parties gave a minor access to the Site.

By visiting the Site, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years old and entitled to enter into legally binding agreements under the law of their country of residence.

The editors of the Don8Play project are not a gambling operator within the meaning of Russian Federal Law No. 244-FZ of 29 December 2006 “On State Regulation of the Organisation and Conduct of Gambling”. The Editors:

• do not accept bets and do not run gambling for money or other property;
• do not carry out banking or payment transactions on behalf of users;
• are not an agent, representative or affiliate of any gambling operator.

All materials on the Site are for information and reference only. Gambling brands are mentioned for comparative analysis and this is not advertising within the meaning of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 “On Advertising”, unless the material expressly says otherwise.

The texts, images, original assessment methods and other items published on the Site are results of intellectual activity protected under Article 1259 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The exclusive right to them belongs to the Editors (Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

• Quotation is permitted to the extent justified by its purpose, provided the source is named and an active, indexable link to the original page is given.
• Reproducing materials in full or adapting them without the Editors’ written consent is prohibited.
• The Don8Play logo and name are means of individualisation and may not be used by third parties without the Editors’ permission.

The Editors bear no civil liability (Article 1064 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) for:

• the User’s financial losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of the Site’s materials;
• the actions or omissions of third parties, the operators of gambling brands mentioned on the Site;
• the accuracy and currency of information on external sites that the Site links to;
• technical failures on the side of the User, their internet provider or the hosting provider.

The User checks for themselves that an operator holds a valid licence before registering and depositing funds on its platform.
